The cottage has a spacious living room with beamed ceiling, large inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Front door to the footpaths and a side door to the sunny south facing terrace, patio and garden.

Halfway between Argentat & Beaulieu sur Dordogne with easy access to both towns, for good restaurants, shops, swimming pools, canoe hire and an ideal place for exploring the area.

History is round every bend in the road. medieval churches, villages and chateaux. Weekly markets in most local towns

There is however ample space for another single bed in the sitting room if required.

Fully equipped for the holiday except for linen (towels, sheets, pillow cases, drying up cloths.) Gas cooker. There are no extra charges for gas or electricity. Mobile phone reception is good.
